Taste of Chocolate
Taste of Chocolate is an annual dessert competition and benefit for the eight member organizations of the Bloomington Fine Arts Council.
Chocolate Tasting: Guests at the 2008 Taste of Chocolate sampled chocolates by 14 award winning chefs and chocolatiers.
The Silent Auction: This event offers guests an unbelievable selection of items. Past auctions have included an eclectic selection of theme gift baskets, handmade goods, art objects, gift certificates and much more, including generous donations from local merchants. Silent Auction proceeds benefit the eight arts organizations of the Bloomington Fine Arts Council.
The Raffle: The Grand Raffle has always been a part of Taste of Chocolate and provides the eight Bloomington arts organizations with the opportunity to raise funds to support their community programs. Grand Raffle prizes were donated in 2008 by Toro and the Mall of America.
Entertainment: An entertainment extravaganza is also presented at the Taste of Chocolate by the arts organizations of the Bloomington Fine Arts Council, including NOTE-able Singers. The picture below was taken during our performance at Taste of Chocolate in 2007.
